Introduction: Dr. Nazia Akhtar is a distinguished legal professional with a robust academic background and a profound expertise in the field of Law. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Law from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), where she also served as a Senior Research Fellow. Dr. Akhtar's academic journey is marked by notable achievements like qualifying for UGC Junior Research Fellowship and being awarded several scholarships, such as Post Graduate Merit Scholarship and Washington DC Scholarship by AMU. She has published research papers and articles in esteemed journals, covering a wide range of legal issues. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Dr. Akhtar has also gained valuable professional experience through her roles as an Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University and as an intern at the Supreme Court of India. She has also worked for the RLEK, Dehradun. As a dedicated legal professional she has participated in various international and national seminars, conferences and webinars to expand her expertise.
